- unused and not installed
- original manufacturer packaging
- no signs of use or damage
- request within 14 days of receipt
- item not marked non-returnable
We do not accept
- electrical parts connected to a vehicle
- special-order items
- items without original packaging
- after the 14-day window
- fluids, chemicals and hygiene/safety-restricted goods
- items with installation marks
Refund
After inspection, funds return via the same Paysera channel when the payment system allows.
Return shipping
For defects or our error we arrange terms case by case. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong part, the buyer usually pays return shipping.
Packaging
Put the original box inside an outer carton. Damaged original packaging may lead to rejection.
